I understand from your post that you would like to amend the amount of steps you took that you added incorrectly. The following steps will allow you to delete the step data that was entered incorrectly:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Browse.
  3. Then tap Activity.
  4. Tap Steps.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Show All Data.
  6. Then tap Edit.
  7. Tap the red circle next to the step data you want to delete.
  8. Then tap Done.

Best Regards.
