I rented a movie on my IPhone XR and the sound does not work on the English audio. It works when I choose French or Spanish but not English. Is there any way I can fix this?
You can report it as a problem with your purchase.
If it is a technical issue on Apple’s side, then they may choose to refund. Or the staff may be able to assist you in getting it to work.
The movie I rented was the newest installment of Child’s Play. All my other movies work fine with sound. English is an option on all my movies and works fine just not for this movie. I don’t know what the problem is.
Is there no option for English audio, or does the English audio have problems?
What is the country or region for your iTunes Store (and Apple ID account)? Some regions may have only non-English audio for certain titles.
Is this issue limited to one title only (which one?), or does it also happen with other content?
