New iPhone 11 cannot activate

Hi,

my new iPhone 11 Pro won’t activate. I’ve tried everything to activate it but it just says the message:-

“your iphone Could not activate because the activation server cannot be reached try connecting your iPhone to a Mac or to a PC with iTunes to activate it or try again in a couple of minutes”

i’ve tried using different WiFi and connected to pc and Mac but it still won’t activate!!

please help!!!!
