Whatsapp notifications Not Working on Cellular data.

I'm using an iphone 6 with ios version 12.4.4.

I don't get notified about any Whatsapp messages or calls when i'm not connected to WiFi.

The notification appears when I open-up the Whatsapp App.

This Never happened before Updating to ioS 12.4.4 .

I tried everything I could like turning on background App refresh, Reinstalling Whatsapp etc. But Anything didn't help..

ANYONE here who can help?

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support

Hi Sir. I tried Everything mentioned there But nothing helped.

At the end of the article of "why don't I get notifications?", A topic titled "troubleshooting Notification problems" was there and it states as follows in screenshot:
