How do I know when I need to charge my watch?

When you swipe upwards from the bottom of the face to expose Control Center, you can see the percentage of charge on the device. You can also add the charge as a complication to many of the watch faces. Up to you when to charge, but you can charge anytime you want. Just don't let the charge get to zero.
