Hi,
I restore iPhone firmware to latest iOS 13.3 and it turn out that CarPlay option disappear from Settings - General. I`m also not able to connect my iphone to car (car shows information that device not supports car play, which is strange because it is - have the same device).

Check: Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps.... is Carplay enabled?

Have you check if there is any firmware update available for the seat fullLink?It can be bc out date firmware on fullLink You can ask Your seat service provider

Have you already tried a forced restart of your 8+?--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
They told me that it is Apple problem, not they :(
