Hi,
I restore iPhone firmware to latest iOS 13.3 and it turn out that CarPlay option disappear from Settings - General. I`m also not able to connect my iphone to car (car shows information that device not supports car play, which is strange because it is - have the same device).

please take a look. That was a reason that I decided to restart my iphone to default
Check: Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps.... is Carplay enabled?

i used restore option to reinstall software
And now it is available?
As it is in the HT CarPlay future requires enabled siri
Have you check if there is any firmware update available for the seat fullLink?It can be bc out date firmware on fullLink You can ask Your seat service provider
They told me that it is Apple problem, not they :(
