itunes id song downloading problem
when the itunes id and its downloaded songs are transferred to a new phone, still i am not able to download the songs in my new phone .

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support. If you're an iTunes Match user you would typically enable Sync Library (iCloud Music Library) rather than syncing with your library over USB. See also Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support. Make sure that your tracks are marked as Matched or Uploaded.
