I have an iPhone SE 2020 with lots of music in my itunes library. I recently got a new iPhone SE 2022. I've synced my data from old Se to new SE but I cannot access my songs in itunes. They appear greyed out. My songs still play on my old SE phone.

Assuming these are non purchase music, you would do it the same way you put music on your old phone sync with itunes. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
