External hard disk suddenly not showing up on iPad

I used to connect an external hard disk via a type C USB hub successfully once on my iPad.

But now its not showing up when connecting to it.

Both the power lights of hub and HDD are on.

I checked the connection with no problem on PC and the format of HDD is exFAT.

Just curious why its not showing up on iPadOS but I was successful to connect it.
