Once loaded to icloud pics wont clear up and share from phone sometimes. Whats the problem.
If you have Optimization turned on for Photos, the photos on your phone aren't full resolution. Try tapping the photo(s) to download it and after it is downloaded as full resolution, then try sharing it.

Why wont pictures clear up and send. Shows exclamation mark in bottom that sometimes acts as loading icon. But doesnt and cant share because error has occurred loading.
