I recently switched to a MacBook Pro with the Catalina OS from a windows PC. I can find the music I previously downloaded through iTunes in the Music app. However, I can't find the music I previously uploaded from CDs to iTunes. How can I find this music in the current version of iTunes?

It sounds like you need help moving your music library to your Mac, and I want to help.
You'll need to move the files over to your Mac, and then import them to Music:
