If you have an iPhone 6s like your signature says, your battery has probably degraded over many years of use. Can you go into Settings>Battery>Battery Health and tell us what the current maximum capacity percentage is?

We are NOT apple. WE are all users on this forum. And you have to realize batteries are consumable devices. They don't last forever and you're phone is now approaching 5 years old. You got more than your money's worth from that battery. A battery costs $49 from Apple, which is actually pretty reasonable.

Think of it this way. If you put a battery in a flashlight and you use that flashlight everyday, will it last forever? Of course not. It will eventually no longer hold a charge and you'll have to put a new battery in the flashlight. iPhone batteries are rechargeable, but every time you fully recharge the battery it loses a little of it's ability to hold a charge. Apple can't defy physics, so there is no shame on Apple.
