apple ID

hi, I've just got my new iPhone home and synced to my mac. I have accidentally restored my new iPhone to an old backup that has an apple ID I not only don't know password too, the email address no longer exists.

is there an easy way to remove the restored apple id and start again as a new phone

erasing content without apple id/password I got a new phone. I cannot remember the password for my apple id. I started a new one for my new phone. However, I am wanting to erase the content on my old iphone, but it requires the old apple id and password before erasing it all. That would be fine but I do not know the password to the old email either. How do I erase the content?
