all of sudden Netflix is not working on my Apple TV

Netflix is supposed to come with my Apple TV and it was working but now all of sudden I try to open it and I get a message saying "Retry, an error occurred". I don't get it. I called Netflix and they said I had to call you.

Netflix and Apple TV Recently I have been getting an error on Netflix shows saying it can't load the content and you have to try again. Netflix error -11800. After researching the issue I have performed the following: Unplugged the Apple TV (14.2 18K561) and Samsung TV for over 2 minutes and plugged back in Removed and reloaded Netflix App Contacted my cable modem/wifi router provide to ensure that I didn't have any DNS conflicts or resolution issues. None of these recommended fixes work and it's still an issue. Every, and I repeat, every other app on the Apple TV works fine. I believe this is an issue with the latest upgrade. I have seen this repeated in several forum questions. Anyone have an answer?

Apple TV 4K 32 Gb Something went wrong error message I have a new Apple TV 4K 32 Gb that I bought to stream video content. It worked well once. Now when attempting to use Netflix I get an error message that says “Something went wrong. Please try again later. “ Any advice from the community?

Netflix App not working on Apple TV. Receiving "Sorry, we had trouble logging you in" errors My Netflix app for my Apple TV has stopped working for reasons I don't know. The account works fine on every other platform I have, just not my Apple TV. When I try to use my login information, I get a "Sorry, we had trouble logging you in" error message. If I try to "Restore Purchase" instead, I get an "Error. Sorry, something went wrong" message. Things I have tried: Un-installing and re-installing the Netflix app. Restarting my Apple TV. Step #1, then #2, then Reinstalling. So far, nothing is working. Again, the Netflix app works on my phone, via my Playstation, via my smart TV. It's only the Apple TV box where it's not working. It's a Model A1625, running 16.5 tvOS.
