Can’t Download iMovie on iPhone 11
Hello. I am having a problem trying to download iMovie on my iPhone 11. Tapping on the app tells me that the app must be purchased and directs me to the App Store. But in the App Store, the iMovie app looks paused, and I can’t download it.
I DID have the app on my old iPhone that I traded in with Apple a few months ago, and I never had issues with the app then. But I wiped everything from that phone before the trade.
I’ve tried all of these options in an effort to make my App Store give me the download button for iMovie:
- Signed our and signed back in with my Apple ID
- Turned off and turned back on phone
- Removed all other devices from my iCloud account (so the iPhone 11 is the only thing)
- Used Wi-Fi and also LTE service
- Plugged phone in (not in low battery mode)
Seriously, I’m stuck! Storage is not an issue. I’ve used 44 of 256gb. I just need to be able to tap the button and pay/download iMovie!
