Forgotten Password For Notes
How do I access a note that's password i have forgotten?

At this current time there is no way for you or for Apple to reset a password to a note that has been forgotten. You are able to "reset" and change the password if it was forgotten, however this only helps you with notes going forward, you will still be locked out of notes that were previously created and locked.
