Blocked number keeps calling
I've added a number on my block list but, the person is still able to call through. Any ideas?

iOS to iOS device calls can occur 2 different ways. They can occur via telephone number to telephone number, or they can occur via telephone number to Apple ID, and of course Apple ID to Apple ID. The last 2 methods are generally when someone is attempting to reach you via a "Facetime Audio or Video" call.
Even though you may have blocked their number from calling. Its possible they might be using an Apple ID to call your number. So that Apple ID also needs to be blocked.

If the issue persists, you may want to contact your cellular provider and see if there is a way they can verify this number is correctly being blocked on their end. Sometimes the cellular provider has a feature on their end to give you additional options for blocking unwanted calls. There are even 3rd party apps in the App Store that can give you additional options for blocking unwanted calls.
