from nowhere the below picture is apearing on my desktop amd Safari is opening by himself. This window cannot be closed, I can click on the windows behind but the white window cannot be moved or close. After restart reapears after 5-10 min. 1. Click  in the menu bar and choose “Force Quit”.

In the window that opens up, select “Safari”  and click “Force Quit.

2. Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.

Run EtreCheck and post the report here please. This will show the presence of Malware if installed.

      https://etrecheck.com

Click “Free Download” button,  open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

Click on the bouncing  EtreCheck icon in the Dock.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” .

      Paste it into the reply.

You may  have adware/malware installed. Try downloading this program which was written by Thomas R, a long time poster. The program will search for malware/adware. The program will do the work for you which makes it easy. It may be necessary to run more than one scan. After running the scans, restart the computer.
