My iPhone X battery is now only at 79% capacity

My iPhone X battery is now only at 79% capacity. It’s not a charging issue it’s a battery health issue. The battery needs to be replaced and the phone is only a little over a year old. Two months ago it was at 91% and the battery has declined rapidly. I’ve had iPhones since there have been iPhones and kept some models for 3 years and I’ve never had to have a battery replaced. Has anyone else had this issue?
