When Network selection for WiFi is Automatic the computer either will not connect to internet or only connects to some sites. I cannot determine why only certain sites are effected. If I add a location then it will connect for a while and then the same problem occurs. I have to keep adding locations.

Is this a new problem or an on going problem?

You do not state what MacOS— was this after an upgrade?
