How to stop my stereo out to be re-recorded / dubbed in new recordings

Hello!

I can't figure out why my stereo output gets recorded in any new recording track??

My output goes through the interface again and then to headphones. Its not the sound from the headphones that gets picked up my a microphone but the direct stereo output signal, that goes into the input signal a long with the new recording. It's the same with the metronome as well.

I seem to have the opposite problem than what this guy is asking for :

Normally I use a Focusrite usb interface and have never had the problem, but now im trying another one (Steinberg UR22) I suddenly have this problem....

Im using LPX.10.2
