Do I get the AppleTV streaming service for free for 1 yr with my purchase of the Apple TV streaming device in November 2019?

Yes, the offer would need to be claimed on the phone as that is the qualifying device. Otherwise, it will only show the standard trial, which is 7 days. It will only start if one commits to the subscription and nothing will be charged until the trial is over. Once it is started it will clearly show when the billing will start. I also redeemed the offer just fine, have no charges, and the subscription shows that billing will not start until November of this year (12 months after I started the subscription).
Yes agreed. That's why I said “There’s been a few people that could” Just to give the impression there’s some flexibility. We wouldn’t want to say you can't when maybe they could have or vice versa. It’s best they contact support if in doubt. I asked them back in November and they didn’t know, said it was “ too new”.
Just tried this and didn’t get the option for 1 free year. I clicked on the account info and it says I will be billed next month. How do I get the free yr option?
Well, I was one of them and didn't even have to ask for an exception.
