Does it show as a payment on the iTunes account's purchase history, or is it just a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does show as an actual charge, and if it's not a legitimate auto-renewal charge (obviously it would have to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date not to be charged) contact iTunes Support
