I bought Logic Pro for 247,99 on jan 2 2020 and now logic shows nowhere in purchased items and Im still looking at the Transaction in my bank account and yup still empty cuz of iTunes bill for that amount

On the new Mac, did you login with the same Apple ID used for the purchase? Depending on the macOS version, Logic should be available under the Purchases tab or your profile (Icon at the bottom left).

doesn't change how much apple support is just a big f u to everyones face so ill "rant" as I please but yes I logged in the same Apple ID as the one I bought it from and I know so because its my only Apple ID and I had to update my few days old card to it when I bought it and that card still remains on this account (my only account) and I had with a week or 2 updated the old computer but I don't remember what os it was running but I'm guessing the new computer is running the latest since I had to update it after buying it and I've had apple products since I can remember so locating the purchased items isn't the issue what so ever but it still acts as if it wasn't bought but my bank account and my memory of installing it for over hours to use it poorly under my old computers capabilities and showed it to many of my friends that had been using GarageBand with me and were equally excited for trying Logic Pro x and so we did until I gave up on crashing and loading so I took a loan sold the other computer and bought a new one unable to find it in purchased but if I download other apps they show up there now but not the one I spent my last money on after it being to expensive for me to buy for years so this is very painful
I can see your telling people with the same issue as me to just open purchased items in their tab and download it their but the problem is its not showing up their but if you don't have an answer to that I guess you can't help so no worries
