Hi. Every time I try to download an app. It says to update payment info. When I click on that tab in settings. It loads and then says “we’ve run into a problem, please try again later”. I even tried updating everything on the website. Please help. The right card info is in and Everything

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
