overriding water detection iPhone 11 pro

I did the override on my iPhone 11 Pro when it said moisture was detected because I was driving and needed to have gps going through my car speakers, and now my wireless charger keeps getting really hot and red lights are flashing instead of green. Did I damage my phone? It’s never done this before. Usually I can put my phone on the charger and it’ll be charged quickly, it’s been on for hours and isn’t at a full charge yet.
