Apple service
Hi,
My phone has a screen problems ( green line all over the screen and the 3D Touch) so I went to the service ( Vodafone Qatar ) then they send me to a company (Qatar mobile) I told them my problems then I did give them my phone after that they give me a repair order ( s2041126)
and they claim that my phone is in poor condition and has no warranty and it has a sign of liquid in the camera (foggy camera and I know it’s foggy but it’s okay with me I did not ask them for it)
The thing is my phone is very very very clean and no scratches and it all cover by (360 protection)
So I am an old customer I never went to service before, but is that normal ? or they doing that to claim money from me and by the way it is still under warranty but they have to write that
I am writing to you because I don’t trust what just happened with me
