My Mac Mini (late 2015) Will Not Boot Up When I Power It Off Then Power It Back On

How Do I Fix My Problem With This? I Did Not Abuse The Mac, All Of A Sudden It Does Not Want To Fully Boot Up.

Reset the NVRAM, as per > Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

Followed by > Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

If those do not help? Reinstall macOS, as per > How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support
