My iPhone will not let me enable access to camera and others on instagram

hello my iPhone is not letting me enable access to the camera, photos and microphone on instagram and other apps, I click on enable access and it takes me to that apps settings where camera and the others are not listed to be able to be enabled.

Access to photos, camera and microphone I’m unable to allow access to my apps as there is no camera or photo toggle option in the app settings. When I go into the app itself I click enable access which sends me to settings but there’s nothing there to select. All apps requiring access to photos, camera and microphone are impacted. Please help!
