How can I share an Apple Music playlist with trimmed settings?

If I understand correctly, you've created a playlist in the Music app on your Mac with trimmed song settings, and those settings are retained when you sync your iPhone with the computer, but not when you try sharing the playlist using your Apple Music Family subscription; is that right?

If so, it sounds like you may need to temporarily sign out of Apple Music on the iPad and then sync the iPad with the computer like you have with the iPhone. You can sign out by tapping Settings > [name] > Then, test it out to see how the songs play on the iPad.

When you sign out of Apple Music, this will remove any content added from the Apple Music service. Depending on exactly what you need to do, when you no longer need the trimmed songs on the iPad, you could sign back in and turn Sync Library on to use Apple Music again.
