apple tv wont come back after internet failed and restored. also itunes wont recognize on mac. How do I get them back on?

The Connection:

Restart your router. Also, try connecting to a different network. See if that works.

On the Mac:

Restart it and reset the SMC & NVRAM. Hardwire connection this to your router. If necessary, uet an adapter (Thunderbolt-to-Ethernet): Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple Store

On the Apple TV:

Unplug it; wait 30 Seconds; power it back on; and try this once more.
