I was using iphone 6 and iphone 7 from the past four years and never faced an issue of bluetooth streaming. As i bought iphone 11 with ios 13 i could not stream music, iphone 7 with ios 13 also had the same problem, it worked fine till ios 12. Tried everything even upgrading the car infotainment system.

Hi Sarthak13, I’m facing a similar issue with my Suzuki Vitara. I can’t stream music from my phone to the car via Bluetooth however calls go through. With your solution how did you add a song to your iPhone. I use Spotify and I stream songs online.
Okay so I myself found the solution, added a song to my iphone and voila it started streaming.
Has anybody faced such problem that it won't stream without any media in the phone?
Use itunes to add music to your iphone, just a song it needs and your problem would be solved.
Yes it is running 1770 version.
Though the websites says iphone compatible but as per my experience no device with ios 13 is able to stream
