Where do I find AUPitch plug-in and how can I use it?

Excuse my ignorance here, but I want to add the AUPitch plug-in to the Audio Hijack application to pitch-shift karaoke songs in real time by adding it to the location ~/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components on my MacBook Pro (that folder is presently blank). According to Audio Hijack, this plug-in comes with Mac OS, but I can't find it. Anyone know where I can find this or something similar?

The whole point of Audio Hijack is to manipulate all sound coming from the HDMI port of the computer in real time - not after it's recorded. I would be using it for karaoke to mix and provide effects, including pitch changes, to YouTube karaoke songs. Maybe AUPitch in my version of GB is too well hidden to use, but there are other pitch-changing apps out there. I'll just have to find the right one. But thanks for your input.
