I currently use an iMac for song presentation on our churches projector. We use ProPresentor software.
My pastor sends his sermon graphics in Keynote.
Our confidence monitor on the back wall has a clock that has a blue font color when we switch to his presentations. Is there any way to change that color to red? if so, how?

If the clock you are referring to is Keynote Presenter Display, then the clock colour can't be changed.
If this is something in the "ProPresentor" software you should contact the developer for that software.
