Fire TV 4K issues

I bought a new 4K Fire TV stick just so I can access my Apple Plus TV subscription. I cannot get it to recognize my subscription. I have updated app, deleted app , reinstalled on and on. What is the issue ???

Are you already signed up for the subscription? Did you have it working on another device?

View your subscriptions - Apple Support


The Apple TV+ subscription is linked to a specific Apple ID account. It won’t work with any other Apple ID that doesn’t have that subscription.

You can’t make purchases or subscribe on the Fire TV. That part will have to be done on another device. But once purchased or subscribed, you should be able to view it on the Fire TV.


Can you share the exact error message that you get, if any?
