I made a new ICloud and have signed out of old ICloud into new ICloud but I’m still asked for the password of my old iCloud to update apps

You can delete the apps and download them using your new ID or you can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

Is there anyway to completely take off my old account
Delete all the apps downloaded with the old ID.
