Automatic pairing with Peugeot Car

I am using iPhone 11 for pairing with my car bluetooth ( Peugeot ) and the pairing done successfully, the problem was that I have to repeat the pairing steps every time I use the iPhone with my car bluetooth so it would not automatic pairing after the 1st time. I tried to switch off the bluetooth and reconnect again, also tried to forgot the device and stated the steps again with no hope.

kindly advise.
