Unable to verify macOS message

I keep getting this message while I am trying to update my Mac, is there anything I can do please? I have the 2019 i5 13inch MacBook Pro with 516G memory and got it a few days ago.

Try Reset PRAM. Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

Make sure clock time is set right. Set the date and time on your Mac - Apple Support
