Problem with downlaod

Bought 2 complete classical "discs". In each case received 2 versions, each with a random selection of the tunes. In each case I can play only one - that is I can play only some of the tunes selected at random. Can I delete and try again to download? Can I merge them in some way and put the tunes in proper order?

Perhaps the shuffle feature is selected. If so, see the "How to turn shuffle on or off on your Mac or PC" section in:
