Somehow my back panel (the back glass) broke (with the Apple store bought protecting case). I talked with an Apple authorized service store in my country (we don’t have Apple care) and they said that Apple didn’t create/ manufactured a replacement part for the back screen. Is this true?

Than why on earth did they create a fragile un-replaceable part?? A bit disappointing.. I was suggested to replace with a non original part but I am scared to do that.. do you think they might create that at some point?
shani ~ Next time, consider getting a protective skin for the iPhone's back. This one absorbs 5 times more impact energy than Gorilla Glass 3 and there's an impressive "hammer test" video:
