I have a subscription to Apple Music. It will not play on my desktop. It works on my iPhone... any suggestions? Thanks

Assuming you are running macOS 10.13 as indicated, make sure that your computer is authorized for your Apple ID, that you are signed into your Apple ID in iTunes, and that iCloud Music Library is enabled under iTunes > Preferences. In Catalina it would be Music and Sync Library instead.
