Apple Music on my Dell Laptop

My Apple Music subscription seems to "Disappear" from my laptop iTunes app frequently - the option to access Apple Music is nowhere to be found, the Store wants to charge me for listening to/purchasing songs & albums, etc. Does anyone else experience this issue? OR am I not accessing Apple Music incorrectly on the Desktop UX properly?

See the 'On your Mac or PC' section in:

And if you want to access your music library across your devices, learn how to turn on Sync Library.
