How to get rid of KetogenicDR/Kirklands ad emails?

I've been receiving shady scam emails about ketogenic pills and other weight loss supplies (that look like the typical 'CLICK HERE TO WIN/BUY" emails) the past few months. I am not interested in these emails but I can't block them somehow. They won't go to my spam map and to be fair, I'd prefer to just not receive them at all. The emails are sent by an email address that's linked to the company Kirklands, I've suddenly been receiving this store's monthly magazine as well even though we don't even have Kirklands stores is Europe and I'd never heard of the company before the emails either. I was able to unsubscribe from these emails, in comparison to the scam mails. I tried to contact the store but since I don't have a USA zipcode I can't. Does anyone know how to get rid of the mails? Please let me know!
