iphone x face id and vibration

I recently got and iPhone x and my face id recently stoped working i will go to reset it and it tells me to move my face around but never scans it also my vibration makes a weird noise and it will not change

Face ID has stopped working on my iPhone 12 Pro I have recently changed service provider and ported my old phone number to my iPhone 12 pro. That process completed this morning. This afternoon my face id stopped working and I'm unable to reinstate it. The phone seems to be unable to recognise that I actually have a face. I tried trimming my rather significant beard, but that didn't help. When I had failed for about the 5th time to make it work, I asked my wife to stand in to see if she could make it work, and she couldn't. I completed a software update (15.2.1) after numerous failures but it still won't work. I get as far as the camera, but the message "Your face is not in the frame" stays, even though my face is in the frame. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Suddenly my face id is not working in my iphone xs max does the face id works if some humidity is there in the camera section
