On my Ipad, when I try to download anything from the store; it says I need to first accept the Terms and Conditions. When I say ok to the prompt, a white box pops up and the terms never actually load. I've tried restarting, check the date, resetting; checked a few other forums on the issue, but I just cant get it to work. Any Ideas would help thanks.

I see that you're unable to accept the iTunes and App Store Terms & Conditions. When you try to agree, a box shows on your screen, but there's nothing there to read or agree to. Good job on the troubleshooting you've tried, and I'm glad to help.
Sign in with your Apple ID -- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, and select "Sign out". Then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone -- Once you're back to the Home screen, sign back into iTunes & App Store with your Apple ID and see if the Terms & Conditions screen works.
