Unable accept the AppsStore terms and conditions

Hi There, I recently found my iPad2 and tried to install applications to it. Most of the apps are not compatible with it but when I tried to install the compatible apps, I am getting a pop-up to accept the terms and conditions. When I click "OK", its appears to be loading the terms and conditions but never loads anything. Killed the app forcefully, reset the iPad but no luck. Please guide.
