Acrobat Pro DC not working with Catalina

I've installed the app following Adobe instructions but it will not run. Error message is that "something went wrong".


Any help will be appreciated.

Is the app a 32 bit app, if so it will not run on Catalina which only will run 64 bit applications. If you are unsure, please contact Adobe for support on their product.
