Freezing Issue In Notification Panel

Hello,


I have been using the Iphone 11 for about 2 months. I had a freezing problem about 7-8 times when answering messages from the notification panel. My phone was completely locked and I couldn't take any action. I had to restart the phone every time. Finally, I was unhappy when I had the same problem today. Could this be a problem with the Iphone 11 software ? I used the Iphone 5s for about 6 years and never had such a problem. I would be very happy if you could find a solution to my problem.

I understand that sometimes when you respond to an SMS or iMessage from the Notification Center, your iPhone becomes unresponsive. This then results in you needing to restart your iPhone. I understand how this could be vexing and would like to help.


The first step to take would be to make sure that your iPhone is up-to-date. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


I also wanted to clarify that the notifications that are part of the error weren’t from a third-party messaging app. If they are, please make sure that that app is updated. Update apps or use automatic downloads


If you are up-to-date and the issue persists, are you able to determine if the messages are from a single contact? Are there any other patterns that you may have noticed?


Please keep me in the loop. I'm invested in making sure this gets resolved.
