find my iphone - dotted line and gray pin drop??

Hello,

Trying to track a lost iPhone in FMiP. Location has not moved since it was lost, but today an orange dotted line and gray pin drop showed up on the map (was not there before). Green dot is still in the same spot (which is not an exact location so phone has not been found).

Any idea what the newly appeared dotted line and pin drop mean?
