How do I send ALL junk mail from a sender receipt rather than have to delete it every time I get an email from the ?

If your question is how to delete all junk from a sender, I would recommend blocking the sender. In the mail app, select an email from them and click on their email address at the top of the screen. Then select ‘Block’. You can then proceed to edit the preferences of the blocked sender to send all mail to the bin.
